I am brand new to the Digital arena.

tips on how to spot color images.
How to give them the color and appearance of the
old dutch masters or those from the pre-Raffelite era.
I just purchased Photoshop 5, Corel Photo Paint, Adobe
Illustrator, Bryce 3d, and Painter 5.
I noticed that some of your digital Art images have the "Old
Dutch MAsters" look.

I am just a communications student, and i was making an essay
about art and photgraphy.
I found that Man Ray said: "La photographie n'est pas
l'art" (1937)
...and people like Duchamp told the same.
You too, must know all these authors and their theories,
... so I will not put forth more examples about this
relationship.
But I saw one of your pictures while searching for information,
.. it was titled "Tara" while downloading,
and I discovered something unexplainable in that image that
impressed me.
If a camera can produce that kind of an image and such
situations,
...then we dont need to read millions of books to
know the real meaning of phtography and what it represents.

Well, fist of all.., hello.
My language is Spanish, not English, so please forgive the
mistakes I may make.
It's been so great to see the pictures by Peter,... that I
decided to study as a hobby photgraphy.
I love photographs & Art.
I'm a musician, and I always look for artistic pictures in
internet, but when I found Peter's work, I was really astonished.
...Why?... I really dont know.
....The art, here, is not just in the mind, but in the soul,
just like music. Some peole like my music, and they dont have

Really stunning image transfers.
I have been trying to produce image transfers myself and by

Thank you for sharing some extraordinary images.
I have been struggling for some time with Polaroid image
transfers/emulsion lifts (I am an amateur).
Problems - problems - problems.
I realise that the whole point of this technique is its very
instability, but it really is frustrating (and expensive).
Do you know of any colleagues in Britain who offer tutorials in
polaroid transfers?
